VIVIANA ZARRAGOITIA l Vice President, Three Point Capital

Viviana began her career in the entertainment industry working in production accounting at Millennium Films and Bold Films. She then spent 5 years at Lionsgate, where she started working in the accounting department and segued into the finance division, specifically, profit participation. While working in profit participation, she oversaw the preparation of multi-million dollar film and television distribution deals. She was then promoted to the group's audit division, where she managed film and television royalty audits of producers’ profit participation statements. In 2013, she joined Three Point Capital, a boutique firm that specializes in senior lending on film and television projects. While at Three Point Capital, Viviana has been involved in the financing of over 70 independent films, and worked with such producers as Cassian Elwes, Rob Barnum, Anthony Bregman, James Schamus, Aaron Gilbert, Kimberly Steward, Nicolas Chartier and Kevin Frakes, among others. As Vice President, Viviana closes the financing on every film that the company is involved in, as well as manages the company's operations in its satellite offices (Ohio and Louisiana). Viviana has received over a dozen Executive Producers credits on titles she has financed. She graduated Cum Laude with a double-major in Business and English from Loyola Marymount University.




ALEXIS VAROUXAKIS l Producer, Film Executive

Alexis is a producer and film executive with over 20 years experience in the film industry. He has produced a number of award winning feature films including the Palm d’Or nominated “Good Time” directed by the Safdie brothers and starring Robert Pattison, “Arkansas” starring Liam Hemsworth, Vince Vaughn and John Malkovich, “Blood” directed by Brad Anderson and starring Michelle Monaghan, “Run The Tide” starring Taylor Lautner, “Pimp” Executive Produced by Oscar Winner Lee Daniels and starring Keke Palmer and DMX. 


Alexis is the Head of Production of film financing/production company Hercules Film Fund. Hercules alongside its production and advisory entity Rhea Films have financed or produced films such as “American Made” with Tom Cruise, TIFF selected “Bruised” starring and directed by Halle Berry, “Good Joe Bell” starring Mark Wahlberg, “Palmer” starring Justin Timberlake, Paul Feig’s “A Simple Favor” starring Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick and “Unicorn Store” starring Brie Larson and Samuel Jackson. Alexis is also the Chief Operating Officer and a Producer at film financing/production company 1821 Media Group. 1821 Media has produced or financed numerous films including the Natalie Portman led “Jane Got a Gun”, Paul Weitz’ Golden Globe nominated “Grandma" (Sundance Film Festival 2015) and “Swing Vote” starring Kevin Costner. 


Alexis' experience extends beyond the creative industries having previously been the General Manager of a NASDAQ-listed company and helping it reach a market capitalization of $150 million. Alexis is fluent in four languages and holds a Master’s Degree (MA) in Arts Management and a Bachelor (BSc) in Economics from London’s City University.

For over 30 years, Sibyl has been involved in film, television and stage production both in the US and Asia working with major studios such as MyxTV, Regal Films, Star Cinema, Metro Style and ABS-CBN Global. As President of Sitting Cat Productions, Sibyl has had several films released since 2015 including the feature film “SAM” with Executive Producer Mel Brooks, written & directed by Nicholas Brooks. She is an active member of the NY Women in Film & Television and the Producers Guild of America where she is Co-Chair of the AAPI Working Group as part of the One Guild Initiative. She is also a recent recipient of The Outstanding Filipino Americans in New York, Arts & Culture Award at Carnegie Hall. Sibyl also remains an active member of both SAG-AFTRA and Actor’s Equity, and has appeared in several film, stage, television and Off-Broadway productions in New York City. She is currently wrapping post on the documentary “Nomad Cowboys” where she received the p.g.a. mark, and is developing her own series, “The Book”. Sibyl serves her 11th year as the Executive Director and Head of Programming for the SOHO International Film Festival.
